This must be the 4th time this year that their site has been down from the so called success and growth. No problem, with going down, as sometimes things happen. But going down 4 times this year , and sometimes being down for couple of days is ridiculous. One of the times they were down and said this, was during this football season and they were down from Friday to Sunday. Just my luck, I had transferred money to them for use on that same weekend when they went down. All weekend , I could not get plays through them and they had my money. Hit my plays to that weekend. **** this shit, as soon as they are up I'm gone from them.

****in Ass Carib is still down. I can't believe these guys. **** them already. It is evident to me people that these guys really dont care about providing and maintaining customer care. All they had to do was let us know that they were going to have a systems upgrade today, so we could have a chance to make some sort of arrangements to play with another book for the time being. But no Carib decided not to inform its customers via email about this. Funny thing , is these guys send me emails several times informing me of their $5 promotions they have going on. Or that they have a new casino with new games. **** your casino and promotion.
I agree that with DannyMay about upgrades being scheduled in advance, so they had time to inform us. My suspicions is that they didn't want to inform us because they didnt want us to take out our money and play somewhere else and not return. ****in scrubs. Probably the real truth is that they took a real smash on the weekend and games leading up to tonight, and thus had to not open the books , while keeping on a very skeleton crew and sending everyone home, as a way to make up for the losses.
