Obviously, no team has any chance whatsoever other than than the Spurs or Lakers - I don't care if you got the Mavs, Nets or Kings at 60/1 - you got ripped off. But I think the Spurs can beat the Lakers. While everyone is worried about new players the Spurs just need to let time pass and it looks like Manu and Parker are going to be stars.

Seymour you may be right only if this Kobe thing drags the lakers down on the court.

But if Kobe lets others handle the ball while he heels and if some new talent and teamwork emerges they will be even harder to beat once Kobe is back at full throttle.

I don't think Kobe will get back at full throttle. The players they added to this team make it almost certain that he will have to share the ball more and go back to being part of a team. Can he do that? We shall see...

I think the Rockets have a chance. They have the things the Lakers are weakest at - point guard and interior D

San Antonio if all healthy should be right there, right there! As you saw tonight with Duncan back the other players found their individual games, Bowen knocking down some outside shots...This tam will give LA all it can handle....Also I think Sacramento still has a great chance...Hopefully they will be 100% come may and june.

In my lifetime, I've only seen one team with 3 superstars and that was the Rockets from about 5 years back with Hakeem, Charles and Scotty and they could not co-exist, not enough balls to go around.

As far as Lakers with 4 superstars, to me wild card is Kobe. I think the other guys will share but over long season, Kobe's willingness to get along is a question mark.

I like San Antonio, Sacramento, and possibly even the Twolves once they got everybody healthy to have a better shot than the Lakers.
