What does a team need to have the MOJO in football?

ALL three ID..the entire package which the KC chiefs have..

1. They have a great D
2. They have a QB that can get the ball to there recivers
3. They have a great allstar TE anthony gonzalez
4. Special teams (dante hall) nuff said there
5. GREAT homefield advantage.
6. A coach that is respected by the players

Phenomenal coach to bring it all togther. Vermeil has it all. He has brought kC together in every category. Without a coach that is brilliant, loved, and respected, it can't possibly happen.

KC has great offense, best special teams and a good but not great defense.

That said, I don't think you have to have a great defense to win. when the Rams beat the Titans, their defense was probably average. The Pats defense from a few years ago was good, but I wouldn't call it great.

Not sure you need a great coach either. Anyone remember when Barry Switzer won with the Cowboys? I don't think Brian Billick is a great coach either but he won.

All I'm saying is you don't have to have all of that, if you're good enough at some you can overcome the others.

Team players...like Team Patriots who will kick KC's undefeated ass in the AFC championship game,which they did to a Vermeil built team in the Super bowl...even though Martz was coach...that was like giving a Ferrari to a kid with a learners permit.
