I made a withdrawl request from GA on the 30th of october, a day after I saw that ridiculous 25% bonus deal. I hadn't played at GA in awhile but still has a small balance there (700.00) Fred processes my withdraw which was thru EFT and takes the money out of my account (full amount) Well needless to say I have not seen that money and it has been 10 days. No I am not naive enough to believe they sent it and it is just taking a longer than normal amount of time to show in my account..It is painfully obvious they never sent it.. NOW.. the money has been taken out of my account so my balance is 0 when they relay all the info to Royal. I have talked to Royal numerous times and they keep saying they are looking into it.. It should not take 4 days to "look into" I've been unable to contact anyone at GA since last week (obviously) So I went from supposed to have 700 cash in my checking account to now a best case scenario a 700 dollar account at royal with a 5 time roll over. and that is BEST case scenario.. because it is now basically my word against theres since all they show is a zero balance.
Someone remind me why I started up offshore again.
