Dear Sir,

We have looked into your claim . You have sent us a mail on Thursday , Nov 6th 2003 at 2.14 pm, asking about your freeplay. This was 1 day before we went live with the website and during the data migration process.

This is the situation of your account :

No balance
No notes

We have gone through the data so far provided by previous GA managers and found no record of your freeplay.

We will of course contact former GA managers on your behalf, yet we shall confirm that, at this time, your claim is not valid.

as banned twice said at mw....

are you expecting a book to honour a bonus that they never gave you. the one you took the bonus from went out of business(probably due to too many bonus) you would think you have learned a lesson by now...

Pokerking - Do you have any record of it? Print screen etc?

When was the last time you accessed your account at GA? Were the monies there?

If you don't have a record of it how do we know you may not just be pulling royal's leg on this?

Maybe you should ask them if they have a record of you depositing your $4000.00
And the bets you made from the $4000.
That might prove your claim.
If they don't have a record of the depo you may have to prove you made a depo.

Do you have a record of HOW you made the $4000 deposit? WU? NETeller etc.
Try to dig that up for your claim.

But you should probably find out if royal will honor the bonus if you can prove you received one.

Good Luck

I made my $4000 deposit by Neteller. I guess I shouldn't trust sportsbooks to keep track of my account. It'll be very awkward if I have to print all my bets and balances everyday. I thought the sportsbooks were supposed to keep the records.

You used NETeller then that's GREAT! That means you have a record that you sent the $4000 to GA.

Now see if royal has a record of all the bets you made.

Gamblers Ave is not going to tell Royal Sports about unused 50% match play bonuses. Are you kidding me? This bogus book is just unloading their suckers I mean customers to Royal Sports.

$2000 FREEPLAY!? What total insanity! And none of this bonus foolishness caused the slightest bit concern from our "watchdogs"

Oh yeah, I forgot, GA was rated a C+...LITTLE OR NO RISK TO THE PLAYER. LOL
