I have also played at casino kingdom and haven't had any problems. Granted, I wasn't playing with very big stakes. I certainly value the rx's recommendations, however I don't think those lists are always up to date. Sportsinteraction was still on the recommended list last time I checked despite all the negative comments about them. I think you're safe playing there.
