I like them and compliment them on attempting something unique.

Sometimes their questions make me feel pretty dumb though.

Been with them for a few months now and really enjoy playing there. their trivia is a unique concept and makes betting even more enjoyable because you have a chance to get the free half point or -105 juice any day of the week. We all know how that half point can come into effect.

Their customer service is excellent and every time I have called over there Robert, Frank or Georgia have answered all my questions. Their payouts are very prompt as well.

I definetly rate them high.

I just signed up there and I'm not happy with my initial experience. I posted up and placed a wager "with trivia". This was the first time I had ever used their software and a little trivia box popped up after I pushed confirm on the wager. I saw there was a countdown----you must answer the question within 15 seconds. I read the question and went to click the answer with roughly 7-8 seconds left on the countdown. When I brought the mouse arrow over the trivia box, the box disappeared giving me no chance to pick an answer.

After that happened I checked my wager and saw that the book had two tickets for me on the one wager. I know I couldn't have wagered twice because I bet my full balance on one wager. So, my balance now showed a MINUS balance LOL. This of course would be quite impossible as I am a post-up player

I called them, the clerk quickly fixed the error and deleted one of the tickets---problem solved. But, I sent them an e-mail yesterday about the trivia question issue, not even a reply e-mail. Not a good start to our relationship..........

Did you call and ask to see if they would credit you for your half-point anyway (or whatever it was you were trying for)? Especially now that they admitted the error existed in their software?

I have been playing baseball with Safe Deposit Sports (sister book) since May and have had no problems whatsoever. Timely payouts good lines to play, clearly an above average Sportsbook. Barry Clark has done a great job in creating fresh ideas such as the trivia contest. Look forward to playing hoops with these guys as well.

No Jazz, the bet has already been processed and won. I didn't call to ask for anything at the time because it would've been a reduced juice bet, not a .5 point move----not nearly as important. Frankly, I didn't think they would believe me when I told them there was a problem as it was my first bet there. But, they now admit the error in the software. Concerning the specific bet I placed, of course there is nothing that can be done (it was a chalk bet)----it was placed and won. But, I expected more than "it was our error---we fixed it." *shrug*

Roger, I mentioned this to Frank over the weekend and since it hasn't chagned yet and you're the boss, here is one thing you guys have to change...and NOW!!!!

On the betting screen you alternate the shading by "team" not by "match-up"!!
This makes it damn near impossible to tell who is playing who!!!

Please go to Olympic, Pinnacle, Bowmans, hell you can go to ANY book to see what I mean.
The "match-up" should alternate shading, NOT each team!!!
I'd give you an example but errrrr your website seems to be down???

Candidly, If you guys didn't have the free 1/2 point I would NOT be at your shop just on that one issue!!

I would like to also mention that I feel so strongly about that problem that it even ranks over being timed-out after 7 minutes.
And I HATE that from ANY book!!!

I had another problem placing a wager. When I called, Robert (the general mgr) answered the phone. He told me they are having problems with the new software they bought---particularly the trivia. He said he has lots of guys working on it and apologized for the problems.....he manually took my bet and gave me the reduced juice on my new bet. Hopefully they get this worked out soon.

And I found out Robert and I are from the same state

LV711, I just spoke to Robert about this because I had to call him back. He says he will be implementing your suggestion and thanks you (he asked me to post this for him).

Scorpion, I am waiting as well, but I can tell you that I have recieved payuts from them before and it does take a few days to recieve the payouts via neteller. Ive talked to their accounting departent and they did inform that their having some problems with neteller recently.

All I can say is your best talking to Georgia over there she is very good to deal.

I havent heard of anyone ever getting stiffed by them.

Scorpion..how did you make out then? Things might be a little slow over there this week because Frank and Robert are no longer there. Georgia is the one to talk to now and like I said before she is very good to deal with if you have any further questions.
