I haven't used Prepaid ATM dman, but I've said long ago and believe I have been saying long before anyone else on here that Neteller definitely needs competition. Their ridiculous fees would definitely have to be reduced if someone came in and challenged them.

e-gold. No fee to send; fee to receive is 1% up to a
maximum of $ 0.50. Account fee is one half of one percent per year, calculated on your average daily balance and charged monthly.
Unlike Neteller or PPATM, there are tons of non-gambling-related merchants where you can spend your e-gold. There are over 1,200 listed at
GoldPages.
Got money in your e-gold account and want to pay a bill? Use
ICIS and send a money order online, or send it to yourself, print it out at home and take it down to the bank.
The only bad expense to e-gold is getting
in the system, not out of it, as it can cost a couple of percent or more depending on what exchange service you use. Most exchangers charge a fee in, and offer free or very cheap out-exchanges, because the e-gold is perceived by its "faithful" users to be worth more than the folding green crap.
How much more can I possibly whore this service? are there limits to this kind of thing?

PS. Have I ever told you guys about an online payment system called
e-gold? I think it is sort of okay.
