Rules are rules. I am sure that the books did not conspire to steal money from the bettors. that is a joke. However, Wild Bill did bring up a good point about bettors being spoiled. Sure, I get upset when things go wrong at the sportsbooks I play at. I hate it when they experience sun spots, and I cant get a bet in. I hate it when they get hit by DOS attacks, and I hate it when they have regular internet problems. the bottom line is, that we forget that these books operate in third world countries, and sh... happens. if the book treats you properly, and gives something back like bonuses, free half points, reduced juice, etc. etc. be a man and stop being spoiled. Sh.. happens in life. i think that overall, we get great service from these books if we all really sit down and look at the big picture.

He left out the part about all the Over players who whined and claimed fix over the missed MIA field goal late in the game.

I had the Over, for the record. There are lucky wins and there are bad beats and there are even games played where Al Michael's does not have a betting interest. All that svit is supposed to even out in the end, eh?

Pretending - Keep track and see if it does even out for you. We all remember the bad beats more than the lucky wins!

Thanks Bill. I do not think it was a big deal at all to cancel the wagers. But, it was an opportunity for some people to complain. Lots looking to do that

Hey Charlie, I was probably too vague but I was agreeing with you totally. Hell we're lucky enough to be alive, let alone the good luck and bad luck wagers evening out.

Very true. Anytime there is money at stake some people will look for a reason to bitch and complain. Trust me I see it all the time. Dollars being won and lost is hard enough on emotions, throw in some surprises and you have the perfect situation for complainers.
