OFFSHORE WITHDRAWALS

I would like to know if anyone uses a book that will allow you to withdraw via PrepaidATM without posting up via PrepaidATM. Example, I use Carib and I deposit money via Western Union and they let me withdraw via PrepaidATM...it is very convenient but I am looking for an alternative book with different lines, and I want to withdraw my funds on the PrepaidATM card.

Not positive but I think MegaSB.com will let you do this. I know if you deposit by Prepaid or Neteller you must withdraw by the same. I know they take Western Union now and I see no reason why you couldn't withdraw using Prepaid.
