Centrebet are now accepting US clients. They are an Australian bookmaker.

Any one opening an account there note the unusual bet placement system. Once you have received a bet slip number this does not mean you have a bet on as it can still be waiting approval.

Always check in your account history to see that your bet is accepted. This slightly unusual bet placement system cost me alot of money on one occasion. It is simple to use though once you realise what is happening.

I was quite surprised that Sportodds bought Centrebet, because TABcorp and Jupiters (owns Centrebet) merger later this year.

Hopefully they'll start to use lower vig. Very good company, but a vig is too high on NHL for Americans.

Tabcorp is merging with Unitab, not Jupiters. Their limits are very large. They've paid out 300 dimes on a parlay without hassle.

Yes. Although this was before the takeover by Sportodds I'm not sure if they've implemented any policy changes.

Very safe out, or at least it have been the case till their recent change of ownership. Whether you can beat them or not it's another question, almost everytime I have on opinion, they have the same one, needless to say that when this happens their prices suck.

Things are a bit confusing because there's a company called Tab, based in New South Wales and then Tab Corp, based in Victoria. Tab is the one that has merged with Unitab

So you were right I stand corrected. I do recall Jupiters being part of some merger deal but before they could proceed they had to get rid of Centrebet (their online betting arm).
