A current dispute by another poster with a book made me think to mention the following as a way to protect yourself in the event you have a problem with the book.
I recommend cutting-and-pasting the actual wager screen into an email that you send to yourself, with the book it was placed at combined with a short description of the wager in the 'Subject' - then you'll not only have proof, but since you email it immediately you'll have a time-stamped copy in your Inbox - very handy for emailing to customer service. Sorting by the Subject will quickly group all of your bets by book, and you can then even create additional folders by the book name to store them in. Of course, once the wager has been settled okay, you can simply delete it.
This beats printing every damn confirmation screen out in case there is a dispute, and you'll have something you can forward immediately to a book to prove your contention.
