I've been trying to collect my winnings from Sportsinteraction.Com for over three weeks. They keep asking me for security documents -- which I've provided to verify my identify.

Everytime I provide what they ask -- they ask me for more (outside of what was in the original member agreeement).

I believe they are not going to pay and are looking for me to walk away.

Is there anything I can do or any body that governs these folks.

Any advice would be appreciated. Have others experienced these problems ?

I'm wondering whether they are having solvency issues ?

Thanks,
Craig

Unfortunately, I have and to no avail. I still can't get a committment from them. I've got a couple of people helping me now so hopefully it will get resolved.

Its only been 3 weeks. Give SIA another couple months. Why do you want to withdraw money? SIA does not like this.

I have to admit that SIA has paid me every time that I have asked. The last one was requested at 1 pm on last friday and it was in my neteller acct by 4 pm. Maybe I have just been lucky. LT

I have run into the same problem with my last withdrawal which I requested only for 1 dime last Wednesday. I've been asked for 2 sets of security docements now, never was an issue the 5 or 6 times I've asked for withdrawals. I don't think I'm even up on them for the life of my account. They suck, but I can't resist their ridiculous dog lines.

SIA requested a photo ID, telephone bill, and a record of deposit into neteller recently from a player. No explanation.

Maybe they are being consistenet, but geeesh. What reason would merit them to need and see deposit statements for neteller?

General:

Assuming they are not in financial difficulty ... if I had to guess, I would guess that they are experiencing a lot of previously-banned players bearding back into SIA under other names. They probably want to check to see if these accounts have any link to previously-banned players.

They also could just be checking for multiple accounts. If you remember in the Sick Gambler case, the buddy transfers between his 3 Neteller accounts was a dead giveaway. This could be a reason they want to see the records of the players' Neteller accounts.

Thanks Halifax. Seems a little beyond what is needed, but since I have not heard from them, I do not know. Email them and they will not even reply.

Appreciate the insight.

Sounds reasonable Halifax. And if this were the case I wouldn't have a problem in the world with it. In fact I'd be all for it because I'd hate to see them have solvency problems because of scammers who open multiple accounts. The only thing I wish for is that they COMMUNICATE with the players. Is it so hard explain in one or two sentences WHY they want the documents? And if you ask them a question by email is it so hard to give a reply? These are very simple things that they somehow can't manage. It really makes you wonder.
