There's been a number of comments about this book. Do a search here. I don't think you'll find anyone who has had a bad experience with them - at least I don't remember any negative coments.
As for my own experience with them, I liked their free $50... and their customer service was always friendly. As for a payout, they paid me over a dime within 24 hours...
