Canbet has done this before, but they do it only on NFL games around 3 points. I guess it is aimed at the people that don't know or don't think about buying a hook, although the 6.5 on the Chargers price is more favorable than buying a hook.

I don't see anything wrong with it, they offer two choices and bettors can pick what they want. Good move if you ask me...
