Allready in the farming business sir. Definetly a good venture though.

ps- Love fish and try to eat the wild variety as opposed to the farmed variety as much as possible. That farmed fish is spiked with growth hormones and other nasty stuff.

MGSpooky - Real estate is fine and you will eventually make some money. Keep in mind that it is capital intensive (unless you are a slumlord) and if you are Cdn, you have to give up a large chunk to Cap Gains taxes (big neg with me).
Then there is the "Renters" clause......get a bad one that trashes your investment and you can NEVER get them OUT! (talking from experience)
