No one that I know of has had problems so far. A good alternative or backup to Neteller. Not as widely accepted as Neteller, but fees are generally lower.

I love it, only complaint is the limits, like 1000 per day to deposit by my bank card. and limits on withdrawls per week by the card thru the ATM, i think its 1500 a week.

PPA offers and interesting option to online bettors, we all know that most CC's just won't go through especially if you are trying to make a deposit with an above board company (read, mot miscoding 7995). However, a number of operators have indicated that they'd avoid PPA's like the plague because of its association with Al R.

Can you withdraw from a book to the card and then get the cash from any ATM?

Do most books accept it?

thanks

Dnoonan,

Yes you can withdraw from book to card and then get up to $500 a day at any ATM with the Cirrus/Star/Pulse logos. It is very easy to find an ATM that the card works at. You can get $500 a day for a $2.00 charge and the bank that owns the machine also charges me $1.50 so it costs me $3.50, but some machines are free in which case you will only be paying $2.00 per $500 withdraw.
