I would like to be up with the latest happenings about this.
I'm not talking about Neteller but the sportsbook itself?

Just as a side note to the other person about debit cards working. My debit card has a visa logo on it and a few months ago would NOT work.

Carib requested the last 4 digits of my ss# bout 3 months ago on an upgrade which I found weird! Gave it to them, lol, hell if I get taxed I'll be getting a tax break cause I lost much more than I collected this year, lol! A lot of local books here in the US are using offshore for their gambling but paying and collecting through runners right here in the states! Never really heard of a gambler being arrested except for embezzeling money! Just the bookmaker and his runners get arrested! All the feds can do is block your transaction till you tell them why you are sending funds! Just a matter of time that Netteller and the Flex Card at PanAm are targeted!

but contrast that with credit cards, NONE of which work

if the books weren't so lazy to look for other processors and get non coded processing then the cc's would go through.
