To be honest, I don't understand why ADULTS can't simply settle it among themselves without airing their dirty laundry in public, by actually talking to each other on a phone call. This whole issue has been a total yawner and non-issue for me - it was business between the two, settle it between yourselves, same as I would.

Has the Major decided the 5 dimes is worth more than possible future revenues????

Seems like a no brainer....well in a way it is a no brainer,lol....Do the right thing Major, just once...

Ken would not think twice about this I can guarantee that...We have seen this in the past year where The RX has turned down an advertiser he didn`t feel comfortable with...

I think The Major will end up refunding, especially if the amount in question is just 5K , it makes sense...
