Boys....can anyone tell me what's wrong with my computer?

Everytime I access a chat window (including the one here at the Rx), all I get is a little square symbol in the upper left corner of the box. Same thing happens when I try to go into any of the games at certain casinos (like Carib). I think my kid has been into the settings and messed them up, because it only started doing this a few days ago. Any help is appreciated.

go to tools menu in internet explorer, then internet options/ general and

1) delete cookies
2) delete temporary files

make sure you wait enough for both, sometimes if the computer is loaded with a bunch of files it will take a while to do the clean up

You may need to download microsoft virtual machine. Sounds like you dont have Java enabled. Check that first.

Thanks guys.....I tried resetting the cookies and it didn't work. I'll try enabling java. Keep the suggestions coming......appreciated.

Guys.....I see 2 boxes that are unchecked. "Java logging enabled" and "java console enabled(requires restart) should I put a check mark in these?

do a search on your PC for windows vm. Sounds like your missing windows virtual machine
