Do any Credit Card transactions work these days?

Journeyman - Some CC's work at NETeller and even more I am told work at PrePaid ATM. It depends on the bank the CC's are drawn on so it's case by case.

I also hear the www.BetPanAm.com accepts some CC's as well.

For what it's worth, Carib wrote me about a month ago that about 80% of all their credit card requests were turned down.
It has nothing to do with Carib--THE BANK!!
