The next professor talked about how the Stock Market was once illegal until it was deemed not gambling. Good point!

lmao guy talking about jury often being lenient in gambling cases becuase the jurys are often bettors themselves.

Bookmakers never go to jail, just have assets froze.

Brooklyn is being stated as the #1 city in America for illegal bookmaking.

A statement was just made that only 3 days of the year does the law enforcement in Philly concern themselves with illegal bookmaking. Another reason to love Philly!!
