Man, I know this guy is basically a hero this postseason because of the HR in the ALCS.
But, I have to say that the guy is horrible. He really needs some hitting instruction. His swing is way too big and slow. At the rate he's going, his only hits will be HR's and he'll connect once in every 40 or 50 trys (bad luck for Boston, but no one else should have to worry until mid-May 2004).
Are stats that inflated in the NL or is this guy just unable to handle the pressure?
