Halladay wins. Not the greatest ERA but good. It's victories and innings pitched that gets him the nod, especially victories with an otherwise losing team.
Just as an aside I think Loiaza will get more votes than Pedro.
All year it was Loiaza...no one even mentions him now, and considering it was voted on back in September, i think he has as good a shot as anyone, cause oyu have to consider where he came from..
