What's difference between having certified and uncertified account ? I mean are there certain limits on transactions or other limits ?
For example: if I have an uncertified account, can I make withdrawals from sportsbooks ? Can I send the funds to another Neteller account which is certified ?

Any clues ?

If you go to the help section at www.neteller.com your questions should be answered. I believe there is a $1000 limit on transfers for uncertified accounts. I have withdrawn money from a sports book into my (uncertified) Neteller account and had a check for that amount sent to me, so I see no problem transferring to another account.
