We don't even know if there is gonna be a trial yet. The judge may ask the defense if she had sex after the meeting with Kobe and if she says yes it may very well not go. He may want to save money and her/his fatigue. Let her get onto he civil suit. No jury is gonna convict someone of rape with the panties being on for multiple encounters. If she had sex before the incident then maybe it is still her right to try to persuade a jury. I just don't think anyone gets raped and has sex on their way to the hospital.

I just dont think a jury would belieive their gramma was raped if she bothered going to report it after doing someone else. Even if she had sex before the rape, assuming she changes her panties daily the fact is she went to make out with Kobe willingly after getting railed the hours before.
