Jake, I am very dissappointed with your book. Today, I signed on to play $500 on Texas -16.5. Most books have the line 16.5 or 17 - naturally I want to get 16.5. Of course, as in the past, when I try to put in $500 the site says this wager is over the max (which is a joke because I am not up nor down at this book and I do not chase steam or whatever). I am no baby so I decided to call in my bet as I have done in the past. Now I am online and this line is 16.5 so I tell the clerk I want a nickel on Texas - of course, she has to get whopping $500 approved and in the process I am told the line happened to have moved to 17. Sure, they must have took a big hit on the Texas game at 4:30 pm on Friday when the line has not moved at any other book. Jake, this is PISS POOR BUSINESS! Normally, I would just close my account but I have a bonus that is not rolled over and has been there since the summer. Of course, I took my action elsewhere - thanks for the 16.5 -107 Hollywood.

Seymour you are a guy that's been around a lot of blocks. I'm guessing you pretty much knew all was not going to be smooth sailing to get through the rollover. BTW, as terrible as IS is they matched up good in the rain in Austin last year. They got the cover despite dropping some critical passes. One football, no bases or hoops and two pucks tonight. This may be the slowest night a book will have the rest of the year. Doubt he is hanging around at 10 or 11PM on Friday night to answer this. Buzz - honestly you seem angry, you even brought yourself up as being mad twice in your list. I read the threads and it's not just the patented asskissing stuff about me and the RX of late, you've invented new ones to express almost constant anger. Anywhere you can sneak one in. I'm not being wise I really think the beatings you take at the other place affect you over here. Some people are that way, the more respectful you are to them the worse they treat you. They take it as a weakness I suppose. Maybe you like that sort of rough stuff, I don't know. I don't like doing it but it may be necessary over here too.
As far as the tout stuff that was months ago, I had no idea how deeply it bothered you. That's a perfect example of the new Buzz, constantly harping on old things that seem rather insignificant to begin with!? I don't even notice tout stuff but I got one from a Buzz something or other, I thought it was you but once you said no I haven't mentioned it in months. Like other stuff seems you can't move past it, the old Buzz would be worried about the players instead of some very small misunderstanding.
We both know you take advertising, not sure why you are so hellbent on denying it unless that is your calling card for the site. Maybe that is your way of selling the place and you can't back off it now? Only when you come over with the lilly white pure and innocent act do I comment on it anyway. You know the "everyone else is in this for the money" but you do it for the love of helping others stuff, LOL. You even post right on your main page you don't take any money from books. We both know better but maybe the folks who don't know about us are fooled. You are making my point for me Buzz. You seem deeply affected with events I can barely remember, then it's not just a casual mention but an on and on rehashing of them. I suppose I should be flattered but why not try and move beyond that? When I do finally decide to go check in case my memory is failing me you're not even close to what was actually said or done. You brought up Royal over and over about how you got hammered by me for your opinion, I looked and looked and looked and there is nothing I can find to support that. Will you find this for me? All I can find was a nice exchange where I said I felt they would make it through this but I did agree we should make sure posters were aware of it. I agreed with Shrink to take them down when I was asked for my input!! I always felt they were going to be okay but we erred on the side of caution. I can only assume you feel you are right somehow and by constantly bringing these issues up it is good press for you. That's fine by me but at least portray things correctly, if a particular mod disagreed with you and you feel vindicated now than say that. I didn't beat you up over your position on Royal, I was glad to get it. The more input we get the better off we are. You seems very intent on keeping score and then if you feel you are right hammering away over and over if somehow it can put you in a positive light. Other than trying too hard you are doing fine in my opinion Buzz, just relax and remember we are here for the players. Especially you since you are the only one here who refuses to take a dollar.
As far as Sportbet I will wait and see what Jake has to say about it before I weigh in completely. Again calm down Buzz, no prize for being the first one in to throw out a bunch of idle speculation. This thread is only hours old, let's hear from the book and go from there. We try to help people here, not just grandstand so others can see how much we are doing by calling out everyone else for not doing enough. If you remember earlier this week I quite clearly commented I did not like the "13 day active rule" that Sportbet mentioned in a thread about a players bonus. Do you remember that opinion Buzz? Directly the opposite of an advertiser here. You either conveniently forget or you choose to skip that in these little exchanges you are caught up in. Come on Buzz you're better than this, lets be friends again. You're good enough that you don't have to rely on tearing down others around you in hopes you will look better than everyone else. I speak highly of your site but you seem to lose sight why we are. If you or anyone else is right about a place I am pleased but you have to understand I'm not your enemy or a competitor in all this.
