Okay, still a newbie, but just curious. Who generally has the highest limits? Of course, paying-off is also of interest, so only well-known books, please.

TIA,
Jody

DEPENDS, on the player really. If your the type that LOSES, youll be able to get down whatever you got available.

Now on the other hand, if your SHARP,I would say the most your gonna get from anyone is 10Dimes, maybe less.

Pinnacle has the highest limits because you can hit any line as much as you like online... sometimes you have to wait one minute between the bets though.

a little over 5 years ago i started betting 77k on selected NFL games with pinnacle. nearly 4 years ago the limit was increased to 110k.

given they have grown a lot in the last 4 years i recently tried to get the limit increased but was given an emphatic no -- pisses me off as if they could handle 110k 4 years ago they must be able to handle multiples of that now.

also get set for 22k ( or whatever ) on MLB. i know of another who also gets set for that amount on MLB and says they are losing 1m to Pinnacle. i think 1/we are losing on MLB also but not so much.

acw did you ever get set for big amounts on NBA??

I don't have this problem, but I hear Grande will take several tens of thousands.

I have no limits due to my square action, they take whatever I can push, pull, or tug up to the window. Of well known books I would guess CRIS, GRANDE, Olympic and Pinnacle will all take a good sized bet, thats just for starters. Depends who you are a lot of times.

And who you know.....

You could always become a "bookmaker's bookmaker", but then you're at the mercy of never knowing when those you'll deal with will call, nor what they'll offer to off, nor what amount they're offering from day to day..it varies.
