in our league that trad would NEVER go thru. gus is done now that daunte is coming back and compared to peyton - yeah, right. pittman is ok - but davis is a stud. this season - steve smith is the better WR than brown.

this trade is so lopsided it ain't funny and any league that allows this trade to go thru should be disbanded ASAP!

Depends on the league and who else the guy has. In ours we do auction and have some rules regarding who you can re-sign so there are on occasions some unbalanced trades. If this is just a normal drafted for one year league then its rather unbalanced, but probably would be tough to reject. People still have to be allowed to have opinions and maybe the guy thinks Smith is a flash in the pan and Brown is going to regain his form. Maybe they think Pittman will be a stud now that Alstott is out and are afraid Davis will get injury prone. Hard to say for sure though.

-SLIM- That's messed up.

Frerotte won't play now that Culpepper is back.
Pittman - Has half the yards of Stephen Davis. I know Davis is banged up, but still.
Brown - This is the only player comparable in my opinion.

Somebody is not playing with a full deck, or they are working together to screw everyone else.

I messed up. I saw "is this a fair trade" and click "No" before reading "No, it's a fair trade".

Sounds like some fantasty football collusion to me. I had a problem last year (hence me not playing this year) where a guy in 3rd (i was barely in 1st) traded HIS WIFE a kicker for Randy Moss.

We vetoed the trade once, and then they snuck it through on a weekend when most of us were away. The guy ended up 5th or so, but that stuff pisses me off - grow up and play fair.

Thanks guys, it looks pretty BS to me, no one in their right mind would trade the second three for the first...

This was the year when Manning threw 49

And without going back 16 years, how was that ever considered a decent trade. Stephen davis even had a couple good years
