Dicky Stevens passed away Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Apparently, he suffered a number of Heart Attacks in a very short period of time...

His funeral will be held on Friday in Las Vegas...

I, personally, would like to extend my deepest condolensces to all of his friends and family...

He had the knack for bringing great minds together and something good coming out of it.

Can anyone tell us who this man was? Any great stories you remember about him so the rest of us can know?

I am hurt by this. Dicky was a classy guy, talked straight from the heart and accepted no BS. I didn't work with him too long but I could tell he was a straight guy.

My condolences to his family and all those who knew him.

He was a partner for the 1st book I worked for offshore, a week after I arrived he had open heart surgery in the states, I never spoke a word to him until I met him again in Aruba 3 yrs later. We had mutual friends and he always treated me with respect, I think his last offshore gig was with the post up side at Cris, or at least it was when we had dinner that night. May he rest in peace.

A great guy , I had the pleasure of enjoying his company a few times for dinner. True the stories never ended with Dicky. He had a real zest for life , gambling , cooking , music , and a great sense of humor. He will be missed. My prayers to his family and friends.
