This worthless piece of s h i t from Nebraska has not been kicked out of school - nothing has happened yet. The kid should be arrested and charged with battery - he should be sued - the University should be sued! What the eff is going on here?

Same with that piece of s h i t from OSU? He gets a one game suspension? He should never play football again - in fact, his mother deserves to be gang raped.

First the kid from Missouri should be charged with trespassing as the P.A. announcer said at least 5 times warning the fans in the final 3 minutes of the game. Only if the kid is charged with trespassing should the Nebraska player be charged with anything.

It would be trespassing if a fan ran onto the field DURING the game.
At that point, he is fair game and he deserves what he gets (ala Mike Curtis of the Raiders years back).

After the game in the celebration is a different story, if you charge him, you charge 20,000 other fans who stormed the field.
That sounds like lawyers litigating for money's sake and is ludicrous.

When did I ever say that was an excuse. They both were in the wrong. How come you don't think the kid has pressed charges? Most likely because the kid instigated it, yelling and screaming and crap as he was running toward the player. The player should be kicked off the team, no doubt about it. I think suing the university is a bit far fetched. The more I think about it though, some stupid greedy trial lawyer will take the case and sue the university over it, you nailed it.
