Bill Bidwill has owned the Cards for many years, and they've been losers in every city they've been in. His son Michael is taking over more duties, but it's staying in the family that's been botching things up for this franchise forever.
They don't keep their best players, and they fire coaches arbitrarily. Joe Bugel was a poor replacement for Gene Stallings and Bugel wound up getting fired after he had his first competitive year, closing with three straight wins. Buddy Ryan got canned after 2 years despite a .500 season his first year. And Tobin got canned despite leading the team to a playoffs win over the Cowboys in '98.
I think it's time for McGinnis to go, but they'll probably wait until he goes on a winning streak to fire him. That's how bad the logic is within this organization.
By the way Borat, it's Arizona State's Sun Devil Stadium (Arizona Stadium is in Tucson). But you'd never know by the attendance, it was listed at 24,193 but there were alot fewer than that today in the 73K seat stadium.
