When I first posted these lines, you were able to find the Pats flat on 3, juiced. There was a difference of at least 8 cents on the Buccs' juice with other shops out there. And the same goes for Couch and his brownies.

Will, you mention Carpe Diem & i was taught in "7 habits of highly effective people" about carpe Diem & paradigm shifts.

the term, paradigm shift was intoduced by Thomas Kuhn in the book "The structure of scientific revelations".

By definition, a Paradigm Shift is a change of patterns on a massive scale. Put another way, a shift of paradigms would be a change from one way of thinking to another.

a good example was the KC/GB ending. After the FG was missed the GB players were very happy, but quickly became unahppy when GB gave up the ball. Their thinking was very positive but very quickly changed.

hope that makes some sense my friend.

As for Covey he makes millions teaching people to be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win/win, seek first to understand then to be understood, learn to synergize, and keep on sharpening the saw after learning these principles.

Would those be overnighters for NHL? We're not offering those as of yet and Fernando is not fond of the either. I don't think they will happen, but I'll keep you guys posted as soon as I get an answer.

General:

Gotcha, my man. Althoug I never heard of Thomas Kuhn and his term "paradigm shift", I can see why you hold this book in such a high regard.

Now that I read these 7 principles, a melancholic smile comes to my face, as those were the values I was brought up with. My mother was indeed a very disciplined person. She held education as the most valuable of all things.

As for that KC/GB ending, it worked exactly the other way around for many books. So I guess it's all a matter of perspective...

I was thinking more of NBA but as a strong competitor of Pinnacle with reduced juice I thought maybe you would go that way. I work in the AM sometimes during the winter and like to put in my games the night before.
