I guess Pedro should have anticipated Zimmers madness and arranged for an air mattress to be placed nearby to break his fall. Pedro did nothing.
Lander and I agree on Kobe. He is as guily as they come. He is a rapist. Is he going to jail? nope. If you have money in this country, you wriggle off with a great and expensive defense. Kobe will walk, but he is so guilty.
There is a very real disconnect from the "textbook" way that we learn in school every man is equal, everyone gets fair representation and a fair trial etc, etc.
Reality is if Kobe were poor he would be 99.9% convicted already. His money can pay for an outstanding defense which will free his guilty ass. A poor man in this situation, even if innocent, would have zero chance to walk. Thats the reality of the system.

What was pedro supposed to do in that situation, Just stand there like a dummy and let Mr.Zimmer take free shots at him, Of course not no man would, Pedro did not take a swing at him, He did the right thing in pushing him down to avoid a fight.Pedro could have easily punched and even kicked the man while he was down, but didn't he step outside from making the situation worst. If anyone is going to get a fine, It's definitely should be don zimmer not pedro, But I doubt that he will get to pay any penalty since he is a yankee.
