Well, the media talked about all the bruises and what not when in reality there is nothing. (From Fox News last night) - all the apprarent abrasions CAN ONLY BE SEE UNDER MAGNIFICATION! - the detective who interviewed this girl the following morning never even noticed the alleged bruise on her jaw - so where is the evidence?

Most important - while this may not be true - the defense attorney made leading statements that this girl had sex with three diferent guys in the 3 days preceeding the alleged rape - certainly, this type of statement is admonishable conduct by the attorney if it has zero credibility - if there are three guys who say they banged her in the prior three days this girl needs to be stoned - (and this evidence could be admitted even though it is prior sexual history because maybe having so much sex with so many guys could have caused the microscopic abrasions).

Fox is just being Fox there. Almost every other legal expert said that Team Kobe was stupid to have the preliminary hearing and that there it is 110% likely there will be a trial, not to mention his lawyer is really asking for it with her conduct. Before I thought Kobe was in decent shape, but the more I hear about this the more I think there could be trouble coming. Not to mention the stuff that is getting presented isn't going to acquit him in the court of public opinion. OJ went free, but how many people think highly of him now? Kobe might go free, but how many advertisers or even teams will want him after all this comes out?

The question is? did kobe rape that girl? from whats come out so far I dont think so. just imagine, your on a trip- no wife and some dumb and in his case [white] girl is begging to get Fu**ed, you oblige and it turns out she's a suicidal head case who after the fact suddenly turns "innocent" and yells rape. Yes,in his position he should have known better, but he didn't rape her.

I don't think so either. All they have his the girls blood on Kobe's shirt, torn vagina, a scratch on her cheek, torn clothes, and her running out of the room telling the bellman she was raped. Kobe denied he had sex with Kaye when first questioned. Where's the evidence? If Kobe had killed her, then maybe he would be trouble.
