I've been waiting for a withdrawal for over a month despite sending the security documents about 6 times by fax and email to 3 different addresses (accounts, support, and Ryan) with large and small file sizes (just in case they can't read large files).

I've called customer service twice and each time they gave me the runaround -- accounting is too busy and Ryan is not in, promising to get back to me within a day and not keeping the promise. The first of these calls was about 2 weeks ago.

I have been very patient and very polite with them and am running out of options. They simply do not want to deal with me for some reason. Is there any way I could email you my account details and get you to find out what's going on!?

Thanks,

I've read all the threads about crappy customer service etc. and this is why I waited for the one month mark before asking for help. I went into this knowing what I was up against, so please no "I told you so" posts. I'm not looking for sympathy or to bash SIA. I just want my $$$

Thanks,

Well I will repeat my famous statement that I always make when I see these complaints.

To refresh our old faithful and our newcomers, thisx is what I have heard from quite a few bookmakers I have talked to in the past and all of them agree that the % are pretty accurate. HEre goes:

"Ok well first of all, 95% of our customers are from the USA. Now can someone explain to me why 60% of our problems with clients come from people outside of the USA"

players,

The irony in this is that I grew up in Toronto and still own a house there, which is closer to their head office than the nearest house owned by over 90% of their customers. It would not be hard to pay them a personal visit -- could combine it with a get-together with family or friends.

Its only been a month since you asked for your money at Sports Interaction. Give them a few more months, maybe they will settle with you for half what they owe you. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM SHIT BOOKS!! SIA is at the top of the list.

Chuck,

Isn't the consensus here is that they pay but the CS stinks? Being licensed in Canada also has to mean something, don't you think? Canada is a far cry from Costa Rica.

I'm curious if your bets were just straight bets. Did you exceed their betting limit in
some way. All I can tell you is I took out
$5000 last season no problem. Paid within
48 hours via Neteller.

Darryl Parsons yes they are in Canada, but supposely are on a Native resveration.the Kanahke or something.Having lived on a Native reserve for six months while my wife worked for nursing station. Believe me your money is safer in Costa Ricia.Corruption, swindling are the norm.It is the wild north, not wild west Beware.

Good luck with them

Darryl, SIA has stiffed many people. SIA will stiff you if they can find any excuse to use against you. Have they ever questioned your wagering style?

All they owe me at this point is $2,500 since this is all I tried to withdraw (by Neteller), although I am close to the "magic number" that many have said will get you kicked out. I have followed the advice from the threads religiously, never overbetting the limits, never doing anything funky like taking the moneyline + runline on the same team. In fact, ALL of my wagers were straight wagers on sides or totals on major sports -- nothing fancy at all. The only thing I'm "guilty" of is hitting some of their unbelievably soft lines. Also, when I signed up they were supposed to give me a 20% bonus but they only gave 10% and I didn't say a word about that.

Nobody from accounting or management has ever even said a word to me about anything, leave alone commenting on my playing style, despite several questions and attempts via email, fax, and telephone.

I suspect they think they can do this to me on account of my location. I also showed them Hungarian ID with a Hungarian address. I am a dual citizen (Canada being the other) so maybe I should send them my Canadian documents as well. That might shake them up a bit since it's easier for me to invoke help from the authorities as a Canadian. It would be sad if that were the case, since I like to believe that a customer is a customer is a customer, no matter where he is from, but these ape-like creatures may think differently.

And Joel, thanks for that info. Are they able to escape all types of authority on the reservation? I can imagine the lifestyle is as you say, but do you think their license was not issued by a genuinely Canadian authority?

It's because yankees are losers. Of course they don't have problems with people who loses all the time. I belong to the same group with these losers and thats why I've never faced any problems.

Darryl sends SIA a phone bill & a photo ID (passport) and now they ask that he show proof that he has made a deposit in his neteller account. Is there a book out there that can explain this to me. Why would they need to see that he has made a deposit to his neteller account?

As of this time, I cannot get a response from SIA when I ask for assistance in the matter.

Maybe noone is home @ ....

rdeere@sportsinteraction.com or
support@sportsinteraction.com or
accounts@sportsinteraction.com

Wonder how fast they woud answer if I were inquiring about depositing?

General,

A few hours ago I sent them my Canadian ID as well and basically outlined my life story. I also sent them a list from Neteller showing all my deposits with them totalling over $100K.

The Neteller list uses typical Neteller fonts in full technocolor and has links to password-protected secure Neteller pages. I'd like to see a theory on how I fabricated that.

Today I will go to my bank and ask for a statement from them showing my last Neteller deposit. If I don't hear from them by Monday I will contact the regulators and see if anyone is really regulating these guys. I'm lucky they are in Canada because I'm quite sure I could get them shut down if things get ugly. I trust the Canadian authorities and being Canadian I have a feeling they will help me out on this. If nothing else the Canadian media will surely jump on it and that alone will be damaging to both the book and the government, if they are complacent about it. I have screenshots of my balance and transactions and lots of documentation supporting my case.
