It's been a bit quiet about this book lately. Do you play there?
And to the book: Is everything all right? Have you had a good start up process?

I have been playing with them for a couple of months.

No problems to report, and I've received a couple of Neteller payouts along the way.

The trivia questions act as a form of reduced juice (assuming you answer them correctly

).

My only real complaints are (1) that they don't have a wide variety of offerings in different sports - pretty much a 'meat and potatoes" selection, and (2) that they didn't offer overnight lines for baseball.

been with them for awhile now and wil be for some time. The reducued juice and chance for a free half point by answering trivia questions is a pretty cool concept. I havent recieved any payouts from them but have from their sister bookSDS with no problem.

I asked to withdraw some $$$ the other day, and they told me they would send part of it (%66 of what i requested)....1st they were asking me if I was closing the account, which i wasn't.....then asked if i still wagered on a regular basis....I said yes.....seemed kinda fishy.....and they REALLY need to offer more bets.....only baseball, football (No CFL) and Hockey (no moneylines) being offered...

This is the first I have heard of a slow payout from them. did they say why they couldnt send all that you requested...and how long will you have to wait for the rest of it? Im a bit concerened because I have an account with them as well but have not asked for a payout yet.

General, could you shed some light on this please? Thanks!

I'm curious as well Shrink - I've got a few bucks there myself.

Hopefully, it's nothing.

nidman, I do know that it states on their websites that you can only withdraw $2500 per day via neteller. I have noticed that many other books are doing this as well now. Can you say if the reqquest you asked for was more than that? Im just curious because I would like a payout soon and would like to know if I am going to have a problem as well.

hope everything works out and this is just a misunderstanding.

I just got off the phone with Robert, who is a manager over at SBT and he told me that nidman will be recieving a Fed EX check soon and that I beleiev it was sent out today.

I was happy to see that when I called there that I wasnt told "the manager is in a meeting" which is usually the case when I have called ther books to speak to the manager.

Thanks for answering my questions Robert, much appreciated.

Thanks Barry.

Hopefully we are looking at an isolated incident here.

Nope, not an isolated incident here. But yet at the same time Im not complaining and have full confidence all my money will be eventually paid.First payout request of 2,500 through neteller was paid out 40% of that amount. In addition to that a fedexed check was promptly sent in another amount agreed upon. One week and a few more wagers later, 2,000 neteller request was paid out 50% but no fedex check received this time on another agreed amount and no deduction in the acct balance to indicate that a check is on its way either. Like I said, not complaining, just stating the facts and being patient.

RDC,. Both neteller payouts were in the amount of 1,000 and this is my preferred method of getting paid. Im not sure if I could have received the whole payout via fedex but after talking to Robert I accepted a partial payment this way and now after reading marmotmesa's response I can see now why possibly another fedex payment did not arrive.
