Vegas TV show

Gotta give it to them this week. The best the show has been. Getting rid of the GF/main character thing was great.

Better plot lines, less dribble and Caan puts a little muscle into this episode.

I give it a thumbs up!

Gotta agree with you....cool show!I like the way the show opens with Elvis' "Little Less Conversation" being played over the opening credits. Hope the show does well in the ratings.....tough night going up against MNF and "raymond".

I really like shows set in Vegas and find this one interesting (james Cann, NIkki Cox, hot babes). I never worry when story plot lines stray into the riduculous, it happens in all shows, but I do worry when the "core" line, in this case vegas, just becomes obliterated. To me it just means the writers are lazy.

Vegas may be different than AC, but I dount it, and a player can only buy $10,000 with cash per day. They have this guy buying $40,000. And the reason was silly, he thought the guy buying the stolen car would rather have $40,000 in chips (that he would have to convert in increments of less than $10,000 each) than $40,000 in cash. Didn't amke any sense.

Guy pulls out a gun in a casino and no one arrests him. Yeah, happens all the time.

Wife skips out with her husbands $30,000 (which is NOT illegal as it is community property) and is stopped at the airport by a casino host and brought back to the casino. Again, silly.

I do really like the show and hope that the writers invest a little more time to keep it real. More scenes with Nikki Cox wouldn't hurt either.
