I think that is a good quality of him I find outstanding of him too. But, at the same time, we hear of a lot of players saying the same thing.
They try to keep eachother level-headed and I love players and coached being honest with themselves and others.
It's not like we're hearing the Chargers screaming "This is OUR turn now boys, let's get 'em!"

WHY I didn't choose the following:
Belichik - messed up in Cleveland
Tuna - J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets - over hyped
Shanahan - he wants to forget he also coached the Raidahs
Jimmy Johnson - one Herschel Walker trade gets him his fame - bombed in Miami
Worst coaches:
Dave Wannstedt - only reason Miami will lose this year and lost last year
Coslet - he's a quitter
Kotite - left one team in the ashes and went to another team and messed them up too
