They pay for sure but more than 24 hour wait on neteller. Courteous clerks. But I had to call them about an obvious pitching change situation which they graded a loser and it again took 24 hours and three phone calls to fix. That's something that could easily slip by if you have a number of small plays on a given day like I did.

Good bases lines, however no better than some top tier outs and I wasn't crazy about their software.

I played out my bonus requirement and withdrew because of the above mentioned problem. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt on the problem I had, but why not just play somewhere where that would not happen. I'm strictly with top tier outs now.

when I requested my payout they said "Football season has started and we're really busy so we're not processing payouts as fast as we usually do". Still got paid after a few days but hmmm....

I would love to know which clerk told you that, but I am sure you do not have that available, as it was probably more than a month ago. IF you do, please let me know. I am also not sure as to why you had a delay with your payout, but I assure you that is not the norm.

jake, i considered your shop but posted up elsewhere and i'll tell you why. the only reason i need to open an account is to hedge a bet i have on the marlins. i wanted to send the money offshore and put it all on the cubs to win the series vs. the marlins. if that wins, i would roll it over again on a world series future bet. after that won, i would be looking to withdraw the money.

according to your bonus policy, there is a rollover requirement. i have no problem with books having a rollover requirement as you need to make sure people don't take advantage of your bonuses. however, your 30-day rule was the deal breaker. its not just the 30 days you have to wait before a withdraw, its the ambiguous "active account". i asked a clerk i spoke with to define an active account. he said 5 bets/week. i explained what i wanted to do as described above and asked him, assuming the rollover is met, does that constitute an active account. he said "probably not".

I understand your point. We only require a 3x rollover (5x if you play in the casino), so we try and do our best to discourage the Bonus Whore...thus the wording. Most books ask for a more than that when giving a bonus, so we get our fair share of folks just trying to flip a buck or two.

In the future, should you choose to open an account and give us a shot, let me know and I will make a note in your account so as to avoid the "active" part. For me, requiring a client to have an "active" account will chase off the folks who want to just abuse my lenient bonus policies...unfortunately, as you have proven, it also chases off a few good clients. Sorry to see it, but hopefully we will get you back one day soon. IN NO WAY AM I INFERRING THAT YOU ARE A "BONUS WHORE". Rather, I am just trying to clarify why we have that rule.

I hope you, and other posters, understand where we are coming from. Good luck to you and may you win the larger side of your hedge.
