I know the game is far from over. The Yanks lead 6 to 0 in the 4th. Assuming they win. Who do you THINK Joe Torre would rather face in the ALCS, The Oakland A's or The Boston Redsox???
They will be facing the Red Sox. What an amazing series that WILL be. I think Torre would rather play the Red Sox also, no offense, but that curse isn't going anywhere.

I think The Yankees would like to see the A'S.....If The SOX pull it off tomorrow.....Thats a lot of momentum coming into Yankee Stadium after coming back 3 games in a row against the A'S
Thats possible, the one thing that might make the Yanks want to root for the Sox is simple geography. No inter-continental travel. Not to mention the drama, what do you think the networks would like to see?
