Internet sports wagering giant Betonsports.com is launching another phase of its $4 million New York City media blitz.
For the next 12 weeks, the company is plastering posters bearing its brand logo and signature football player graphic on 250 city buses.
"New Yorkers are massive sports fans," says David Carruthers, chief executive. "We are going for maximum impact and recognition, placing the brand right in the face of thousands of potential customers."
If the bus campaign meets Mr. Carruthers' target for customer growth, he says he'll run it for another 12 months and double the exposure.
