1)20% direct deposit bonus for all New Accounts. In order to qualify for this bonus, you must send $200 or more. 15% reload bonus always.
2)With regards to the 15% and 20% bonus. You must roll over the deposit plus the bonus 4 times for the bonus to be valid.

a) If depositing $3,000 or more, the deposit plus the bonus must be rolled over 5 times.

b) If depositing $6,000 or more, the deposit plus the bonus must be rolled over 6 times.

c) If depositing $10,000 or more, the deposit plus the bonus must be rolled over 7 times.

3)Requesting any payout before rolling over will result in forfeiting the bonus.

I dont understand how your bonus works. I received a 15% reload a while ago and it is showing up in my account as a bonus balance. Is this something that I can never cash out?

TK, as long as you have rolled over your account enough times you can. It is real cash you can bet with and win with.

If you dont put the proper amount in action before cashing out then you will forfeit the bonus. But not the funds you may have won with it.

Then why is it segregated in a bonus balance account?

Are you telling me that once I meet your rollover requirements, it will move to y cash balance?

I am just trying ot understand this. And, I belive the rest of the forum would benifit as well.

That money is yours to play with. This bonus money can only be cashed out on once you've met the rollover requirement. If you haven't met the rollover requirement you can still receive a payout, but, unfortunately you would have to forfeit the bonus.
