Why do some (major) books not use Neteller?

I noticed that Sportsbook.com does not offer Neteller as a deposit option. Now I'm not looking to post up with them anyway as they are part of the famous "V-Chip" family which is not my favorite thing to play with.
But I thought most all books of any size and time in the business used Neteller. So what is the reason if anyone here knows?

Good question. I think "bush league" when I see a book not taking Neteller.

I am hearing that NETeller is now charging ridiculous prices, and some books have laid off. I don't know if this is true, or just an excuse by some books. I know for a fact, unlike before for me, books are telling me if it is ok if they send me a FEDEX, rather than a NETeller. To me, this is new. In the past, books always preferred NETeller. But now, it seems like more and more books have an low cash flow in NETeller, and don't mind keeping it that way. Maybe it's just my books, I don't know..

Some of the books are just afraid that just maybe...just maybe....a book owner is behind neteller. Ever given that a thought? Has anyone that uses neteller noticed a rise in mailings or e-mail solicitation?

On another note, what is it with you guys that can't understand the "v-chip" thing.....hell you go to vegas and they change your mney into chips. Same idea!

Neteller is all I use and it is all I will ever use! Easy, fast and payouts can be made everyday and should take no more then 15 mins.. Probably why sportsbook.com does not use it, they don't have any excuses with neteller, not to pay promptly!

One of the biggest reasons Vegas uses chips is because it gives the players the feeling that is not real money and sportsbook.com wants the same feel for its players, so sly and innovative-not!

Do agree, Neteller is the best way I have found to withdraw. Not really investigated the ATM scene yet or Moneybookers.

It's real simple.

Neteller allows wiseguys to access multiple books with the same bank roll.

Most books do not wish to payout to neteller anymore because it makes for more of a transient type customer. now that customer has his winnings and may take them to other books easily insead of being true to the book that paid him.

I don't know about Neteller's ownership. But this I do know.

Lots of books have come and gone. Neteller has survived the "test of time"

That's NOT true.

NETeller has mechanisms in place to prevent this.
They also can alert books when: say one gambler transfers money to another gambler's NETeller account at the same book who then make bets with the transfer monies etc etc. They alert the book about this.
They have many mechanisms in place to prevent all kinds of scams and abuses people like Sick Gambler and others can think up.

Tracking tracking tracking keeps everyone honest.

Kudos to NETeller.

There is some concern at Neteller over the US trying to stop the money flow to offshore books. There would have to be.
