Yes, I do not post much and yes I’m complaining so forget about bashing me regarding just posting when there is a dispute. However, I only play during football season. I’m a lurking and really like this site for the info that can be obtained.

Last year, I had trouble with getting a withdrawal from Betmaker however it was resolved professionally after miscommunication and I received my money.

This year I decide to play with Wallstreet.com (sportingbet family). Before I play with anyone I check the withdrawal process. It states 24-48 hours to process the withdrawal. I find this a little bit too long but I can live with it.

After posting up, I win and win 4 dimes. I then proceed to withdrawal which was made on Wednesday (9/24). As of today, I still do not have my money. (firepay).

I asked for a status and they tell me that it won’t be processed until Monday! They tell me that all withdrawals for today have been done and it won’t be done until Monday.

This is not what is on their website and is ridiculous that it takes this long. FALSE STATEMENTS on their website. Even the email confirmation I received from the withdrawal is false. Nothing on their website states that if you wait until Thursday to initiate a Withdrawal it won’t be processed until Monday! I’m so frustrated with offshore books that are willing to take your money but won’t pay you! I won it fair and square, just like I lose fair and square.

This is unacceptable and the response I got back from the clerk was “You initiated the withdrawal late in the week” Excuse me I initiated the Withdrawal on Wednesday. Furthermore, he states they do NO withdrawals over the weekend. This again is NOT stated anywhere on their website. So if you want your money from one of the sportingbet family you better initiated the withdrawal as early as possible in the week and hope they process it.

I’m sorry but wanted to let everyone know, just in case people are playing with them!

Thanks,
SA

(I will get my money I’m sure, but it is how I’m getting that is NOT acceptable.) (and please I did not cheat and I’m not a fraud).

I'm sure these guys will pay you, but they should realize that with books paying out in UNDER 1 HOUR - like Pin, Panam, BlueGrass, Oly, Canbet, and probably many others ... that this is simply bad business.

the way I understand it that if you withdraw on Thursday afternoon after the banks close, 48 hours is Monday no?

I've never had a problem with Wallstreet.com or Sportsbook.com in this regard.

Lander, it is VERY BAD BUSINESS...Especially when nothing LIKE this is stated on their WEBSITES. This is JUST PLAIN RIDICULOUS.

Acidkid - What do you mean? Firepay withdrawal is JUST like a NETELLER withdrawal. They claim 24 HOURS for a FIREPAY withdrawal on their WEBSITE.

I never had a problem either as far as playing and of course depositing because they make sure they get your money, it is getting it out which is the hassle.

Better yet, they decide NOT to respond to ANY of emails at ALL! NOT one RESPONSE! My ONLY communication in getting them to respond is through a LIVE operator.

Bottom line, THEY SHOULD NOT CLAIM ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOT COME THROUGH...THESE ARE FALSE STATEMENTS and if they can't come through with FIREPAY withdrawals THEN DON'T OFFER THEM!

Thanks,
SA (SORRY, just a little frustrated!)

That whole family of books sucks and this is one of their incidious tactics to attempt to get players to dip into their bankroll. When you get your money and you will go play somewhere more professional! That family of books does not deserve your business, wallstreet.com, sportsbook.com, playersonly.com just stay away from these unprofessional primmadonnas!

That is the one and only reason that I will not play there again.

Confusion reigns supreme with that nonsense.

Again, No worries, you will get paid! They just think they are sly by making you wait, its BS but just get all your money and play somewhere else, you don't have to tolerate that BS.

Eric - ABSOLUTELY! Now, I know...and I wasn't GOING TO DIP in my bankroll..But you are EXACTLY right, that is why they do it!

This is the EXACT quote from their website as it is on many Sportingbet family WEBSITES...

"We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all withdrawals are processed with 48 hours. Their are a number of different methods of payment you can choose from. Check, Fedex, Bank Wire, and in some cases FirePay."

THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE, AND IS LURING THE CUSTOMER TO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS HOW THE WITHDRAWAL PROCESS WORKS!

Consumer FRAUD in my mind.

Thanks again Erik..

Now, I know. I played with them last year and lost so they had no problem in taking my money.

It just makes me sick when I read the content on their website. IT IS 100% COMPLETELY FALSE.

I will continue to BUMP this thread until they change their website. I do not think it is fair to the customer to read FALSE information.

Thanks,
SA

Looks like the old WorldGaming business practices are still in place. There are plenty of books with the integrity to do as they promise ... the SportingBet family of shops falls short IMO

Joe - Absolutely, and again I had NO problems playing with them. I actually like their software, believe it or not. BUT when you claim something (directed to the customer) and then they tell you differently it is completely unacceptable.

They are doing this as Eric stated, to run your bankroll down and a very BAD tatic. They are taking complete advantage of their customers.
