Access Help for VIP, GameDay, WSSB, Bet19, BetonGames, etc.

In an effort to combat the DDoS attacks and extortion demands, VIP-managed books have blocked out certain IP addresses, thus minimizing the severity of the attacks. During this process, however, some “innocent” IPs are being blocked inadvertently. Fortunately, there is a solution:

1. Go to http://www.vipschedules.com/myip.asp and write down the number you see on that page. This is the IP address of your computer.

2. Then email the sportsbook with your account ID and your IP address (from step one). See below for the contact information for all VIP-managed books.

3. VIP Management will pass this information upstream to their provider who will make the necessary adjustments to unblock your IP address. This will typically require a maximum of 24 hours.

I just read your reply on the CR books - fair enough, but how on earth can you recommend FairDeal or FiveCardCharlie????

I lasted 4 days, 5 wagers there before there manager said "we don't want your kind of action". WTF kind of shop is that? Sorry I didn't play chalk that is inflated 20 cents over the consensus

I don't think that I recommended FairDeal or FiveCardCharlie anywhere ... simply providing contact info for all VIP-managed shops with regards to the DDoS attack fiasco.

What if we have DHCP (dynamic IP)? This would be a pain in the ass

Good question ... I'll see what I can find out.

It appears that a range of IP addresses that correlate to yours would be unblocked.

Maybe one of the technical gurus out there can shed more light?

Hopefully, I won't have the problem - my pc is usually on, so it can almost always renew the same IP lease.
