i was at work in tyngsboro mass with the TV on and everybody watching. What was tough was seeing a somewhat past his prime Yaz pop out to Gossage in bottom of 9th.

Months thereafter was when they marketed the Reggie bar which I gave as a joke to the owner of the business and he never forgave me for it. A dark day in New England.

BUCKY DENT........ later went on to star in several commercials.................one of which was the gillete shaving cream commercial...............strange that i remember more of the commercial than his baseball playing days....lol
