I just talked to them and this really pissed me off. Here is the text chat. Im gonna start a new thread with it as well. I wanna see what SBR has to say since VIP is their pet. With 3 vip books on the rec list.

Sorry for the confusion. Sunny is completely safe, and the business will continue to be as safe as any. Sunny Group made a decision to cease operating a sportsbook in its own right, and instead focus its marketing skills on promoting a sportsbook as an affiliate.
They have selected Bet365 as that sportsbook, and as of today therefore we no longer operate the actual sportsbook at Sunny Sportsbook.

We do however hold the player funds, and will of course be refunding all of those today and tomorrow - in agreement with the owners of this business - Sunny Group. This is not a sudden decision, and has been agreed with the owners, who have contacted all active players we understand with information about the new arrangement with Bet365.

We had managed the operations of Sunnysportsbook.com for a little over two years, and the owners were responsible for the marketing. This decision has our full support, and we are confident they will continue to excel in the online gaming market as an affiliate of Bet365 - as well as with their casinos.

We will naturally be here to wrap up any issues that arise and ensure everyone gets paid as they should, and we will then cease to handle inquiries for the sportsbook - our target date for that is October 10th. If anyone has any questions, please call 1-800 893 2628 and we will handle any issue. Please bear with us - there is no panic. The book is not having problems. It is simply choosing to cease independent operation, and Sunny Group have taken the decision to ask their players to migrate to the Bet365 platform.

Can Sunny players simply have their balances transferred to another VIP book and keep their same login info?

If yes, what is the procedure?

Can we still buy off the 3 for 10 cents?

tough not to panic when you log in in the middle of the night and the site with your money is gone with no information whatsoever and then you are giving vague speculation form the operator as to where your funds are.

The management of Sunny Casinos prefers to pay all customers directly in whatever method each customer prefers. If a customer would like their balance transferred to another VIP owned or managed book we are quite happy for that to happen. There has been long and hard thought over this. VIP are an excellent company and Sunny Casinos want to take the responsibility of the funds so that customers who do not respond now will not feel VIP hasn't paid them as they will get frequent notification from us. It is a fact that some customers will delete our notification by mistake along with their spam, some will just not read it while there are others that might be away etc. Sunny Casinos is responsible for paying any balances and will continue to notify customers that they have balances until they have either cashed out and received their moneys or have played it out in our world beating casinos.
