COntest Scam????

Anyone familiar with this situation? True ?

Here's the message from the site owner telling us our accounts won't be credited by these crooks.

"I just received final word today that they wont be honoring the contest they sponsored.
I tried everything I could. contact dave@betcbs.com or max@wagerweb.com as they refuse to pay for a contest that I have in writing that they'd pay.

I will be looking at some other books to get your accts from but they strung me along for the past 8 weeks."

I think it would be fair to hear all sides of this before we bash anyone. What site was the contest ran on?
