EWINNER thing and same IP address

Im struggling with this EWINNER thing. To think they might actually not pay off wagers that they accepted.

If they had a concern over a customer why not make a phone call and see what the situation is? manye an email, or make the account non active until the person was contacted.

HAs EWINNER carefully gone over all accounts that have lost some money and are no longer active and refunded this cash to the these persons? what day did they see that these accoutns were of the same IP Address?

seems like selective use of these bogus rules to me. With no customer service attemps to fix this situation.

The online casinos have some way of keeping each computer dedicated to one user...I know this becuase my girlfriend tried to sign up with one I used about 3 years ago, and apparently something was left behind on my computer that automatically knew my account number when she tried to install the software.

Can't the books do something like this?

Maybe the player needs to have some kind of identifier installed on his machine. That way you could guarantee that each computer is only supporting one account.

May drive away people who don't own computers, but you could have a set limit for people accessing anonymously...e.g. $100 over internet if not verified. Install the small software and get full limits. I doubt anyone betting much more than this online does not own a computer.

Seems like an easier way to monitor this IP address thing...

Interesting point. It is a little easier with downloaded/installed programs like casino. But, yeah, it could be done.

For at least one of the pairs of duplicate accounts, EWinner should probably ban the player. They should still honor the bets that were made and limit the amount of bonus before they kick him out.
